Shipping
You have the choice of three delivery options. Unfortunately all are quite costly because books tend to be heavy. The courier shipping comes into its own if you need a very fast delivery or the total weight is very high.
1/ Unregistered Airmail :
Should arrive in 7-14 days. It costs US $18.00 per kilogram, (about two pounds). This is the cheapest shipping method and is fairly fast but because it is not registered it travels at the customer's own risk. You should be careful using this method on very expensive shipments.
2/ Registered Airmail :
Usually arrives in 7-14 days in most countries. The cost is US $21.00 per kilogram, (about two pounds). Being registered does mean the postman needs a signature on delivery otherwise the package is held at the post office for collection for a few weeks before being returned to us. In some countries registered mail is trackable on the post office web site.
3/ Courier Delivery :
We use a number of courier companies including UPS, DHL and FedEx. Delivery is usually within 3 working days, (weekends do not count). The cost starts at US29.00 for the first half kilogram, (about a pound). You are able to track the shipment on the courier companies web sites. Trackable on the courier's web sites.
Payment
1/ We can accept PayPal and most credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover via the PayPal website. You do not have to be a PayPal member to use your credit card there.
2/ We can use the following currencies, US Dollars, UK Pounds and EU Euros.
3/ We do not charge your credit card until after the books leave our office. |
